As a follow-up to Tuesday's Extra-ordinary session of ECOWAS leaders in Abuja regarding the situation in Burkina Faso, a select group of West African leaders met yesterday in Quagadougou. President Muhammadu Buhari who hosted the Abuja summit was represented at the meeting by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN. In all, six ECOWAS leaders attended the meeting later today with the leaders of last Thursday's military coup in Burkina Faso.
