35-Year-Old Nigerian Arrested For Having Sex With 15-Year-Old Vietnamese Girl

Ewuzie Emeka Emmanuel was found to have asked the 15-year-old Vietnamese girl to come into his room on October 3, 2015, flirted with her and asked collected her phone number. He later sent her a 
text asking her to come to his room, where he gave her the GIFT. But after the girl got home, her mother found out and reported the case to the police.

Emmanuel works for a company in Vietnam and has been in the country since 2008. Luckily for him, under Vietnam’s Penal Code, one can be sentenced to only 15 years in jail for having sex with a girl between 13 and 16 years old. The sentence can be longer if the action causes pregnancy or significant health damage…. give or take, he’ll b at least 50 years old after serving time, so age will still be on his side…….
