British High Commissioner, Paul Arkwright was at the State House yesterday, Abuja to present his credentials to President Muhammadu Buhari. Mr. Arkwright arrived post last month, in succession to Sir Andrew Pocock , who retired from the Diplomatic Service. Up until yesterday, he had been referred to as the High Commissioner Designate.
