Ladipo-Ajai Of OmoAlata Emerges As Winner Of The She Leads Africa 2015 Pitch Competition

6 young female African entrepreneurs today competed for a $10,000 prize, mentorship, technology prizes from Etisalat and 3-months of support from Zippy Logistics at the She Leads Africa 2015 Pitch Competition which took place at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria.
The 6 finalist included Louisa Kinoshi founded BeautyRevNG, Imoteda Aladekemo of Heels in the Kitchen, Brenda Katwesigye of Instahealth, adipo-Ajai of OmoAlata, Kambili Ngozi Ofili-Okonkwo of Kamokini, Ngozi Opara of the Heat Free Hair Movement.
Each female presented a pitch to the panel of pan-African business executives who were; Mo Abudu, Tunde Folawiyo, Issam Darwish, Omobola Johnson, Eme Essien, Genevieve Sangudi and a representative of lead sponsor, GTBank. Ladipo-Ajai of OmoAlata came out on top as the emerged as winner, the panel had great confidence that the entrepreneur product which is Nigeria’s first NAFDAC approved 100% organic packaged blended peppermix would do exceedingly well.
Kambili Ngozi Ofili-Okonkwo of Kamokini a Nigerian swimwear brand was the runner up the swimwear business owner was award $5000 and in third place was Ngozi Opara of the Heat Free Hair Movement, a brand that produces natural curl hair extensions.

All in all, congratulations are in order for both the winners and the finalists. Well done ladies!
